Install Technician – HVAC
Position Summary: Primary purpose of position is for the installation of heating, air conditioning systems and attached accessories. Position also requires participation in secondary duties as required by supervisor.
Normal Work Days: Monday through Friday. (Weekends, Overtime & Evenings as needed)
Employment Type: Full Time
Qualifications needed for this position:
1 year minimum residential HVAC experience
Valid Florida driver’s license with insurable driving record
Must have basic HVAC hand tools
Active smart phone w/data
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
Load & unload supplies & equipment in warehouse and truck.
Drive to and from job locations.
Remove & install complete heating, air conditioning, & geothermal systems.
Replace parts as directed on heating & air conditioning systems.
Perform routine maintenance on heating, & air conditioning systems.
Climb ladders and lift heavy equipment.
Communicate constructively with staff and customers.
Read and interpret blueprints.
Have knowledge of air balance techniques.
Other duties as assigned.

Service Technician – HVAC
Position Summary: To provide service on residential heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards providing the customer with a high quality service experience.
Normal Work Days: Monday through Friday. (Weekends, Overtime & Evenings as needed)
Employment Type: Full Time
Qualifications needed for this position:
4 years skilled experience
NATE certified or acquire NATE certification within 6 months of employment
Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
Active smart phone w/data
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
Load & unload supplies & equipment in warehouse and truck.
Drive to and from job locations.
Perform diagnostics & repairs to heating, air conditioning, & geothermal systems
Perform routine maintenance on heating, air conditioning, & geothermal systems
Must be personable & possess great communication & organizational skills
Help guide customers in making educated repair and replacement decisions
Must have a knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques
Be familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques
Ability to read and interpret wiring diagram and blueprints
Must be willing to perform installs if needed
Climb ladders and lift heavy equipment
Must have a knowledge of basic sheet metal practices
Perform after normal business hour service calls when on call
Other duties as assigned.
